  Very disappointing experience, i found the staff very rude and unfriendly. After looking up times for closing on there web page (closing at 6pm) off we go, doggie wash time, on arriving staff member tells us, "dog wash closed at 4:30pm" we informed him that we had just looked up closing times on there web page and it said closing time 6pm, he replied with a silly smug look on his face with, " don't belive what you read on the Internet" with great disappointment we turn and leave, once home i double check their web site, and yes it does say 6pm closing. Well laundromutt you have lost my service, and any service from family and friends as i would not recommend you to anyone.

  I have noticed that the only time I get the actual weight of pet meat I'm charged for is when I watch them bag it and remind them to zero the scale.

  I've been going here for years. It's one of the few dog washes that doesn't charge per minute. You get a dog wash pack, choice of excellent and safe dog washing baths with warm water and a blow drying facility. The owners are amazing, the products very well priced and they really, really love pets! They even dispose of my poo bags if my dogs have an accident :) Please give them your business!!

  Great range and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you. Friendly local owners who like to get to know their customers.

  Every time I buy pre-bagged meat it's 10% underweight. Have spoken to the owner twice about this and nothing changes.
